How to apply
Four steps
- Buy an Application PIN From the college finance office or an authorised agent. The PIN is what lets you open an application, and it is used once.
- Apply online Go to the application portal and sign in with your email address and your PIN as the password. Complete the form in one sitting or return to it later.
- Upload your documents WASSCE result, birth certificate and a passport photograph. Scanned copies or clear photographs are both accepted.
- Track your status Sign back in at any time to follow your application through verification. You do not need to telephone to check progress.
Entry requirements
What you need to be considered
Requirements differ between the degree and diploma routes. They are checked against the documents you upload and confirmed at interview.
Applicants who have completed relevant prior training may be considered for advanced entry.
If you are unsure whether your results qualify, ask us before buying a PIN.

WASSCE result slip or certificate
All pages, clearly readable, showing your subjects and grades.
Birth certificate
Or another official record of your date of birth.
Passport photograph
Recent, plain background, showing your face clearly.
Fees
What it costs
Fees are set each academic session and are payable to the college finance office. The Application PIN is charged separately from tuition and is not refundable once used.

After you apply
What happens next
Submitted applications are checked by the admissions team against the documents you uploaded. You may be invited for an interview. Your status changes as the application moves through verification, and you can see it at any time by signing in.
