Mission

Train. Heal. Lead.

Sierra Leone needs more nurses, and it needs nurses who are ready on their first day. That is the standard the college holds itself to: not simply that students pass, but that they can practise safely and confidently when they reach the ward.

We keep cohorts at a size where teaching staff know every student, and where practice in the laboratory is supervised rather than watched.
